Montaje de la Base y Entarimado
Se construye un murete de bloques de hormigón que aguantará el tipo y la tarima del suelo. Habrá que rebozar con mortero tintado de color tierra para que se integre con el entorno. Después deberá hacerse una cama de grava en el espacio delimitado, para drenar las posibles humedades. Se deberá incluir un geotextil para evitar que crezcan plantas. Se forma la estructura del suelo con un entramado de vigas de madera y acero, donde apoyará la tarima del tipi. Finalmente se construye el suelo del tipi con tablones de madera, formando un dibujo adecuado para la forma circular del tipi.

Inicialmente se encargó un tipi de 900€ que fue adelantado, pero ha surgido la oportunidad de adquirir uno de tamaño superior por un importe adicional de 600€ y que permitiría llevar acabo actividades físicas (baile, psicomotricidad, etc) y con más niños.

General information
The Petit Eden is an educational project created by a group of multicultural families. Our intention is to integrate the various elements of life in an environment that allows and encourages openness to explore the spontaneity of being oneself, from love and respect, allowing us authentic and constantly evolving learning.
At Petit Eden the children are in contact with nature, in a space that transmits harmony and union with the Earth. Through play and the experience of activities in prepared and welcoming relaxed environments, the children are accompanied taking into account their authenticity, their learning rhythms, their life processes and their motivations.
The project needs a new space to be able to carry out the daily activities, so that the children can be distributed in different spaces when they carry out the different activities of the day, especially at the time of the year in which it is colder or hotter.
We want to create a unique and cozy space surrounded by nature. Our school is located in a privileged natural environment, surrounded by forest and vineyards. We want to take this opportunity to offer girls and boys a special place where they can learn in a playful and creative way, and enjoy a safe and healthy environment.
Main features and goals of the crowdfunding campaign
One of the main objectives of El Petit Eden is that it be an integrating project for all types of families, trying to find creative proposals to move the project forward without this implying an unaffordable cost for families, that is why we have wanted to This project opens the option for you too to help us make a project like this grow and guarantee the needs of the children and companions of Petit Eden.
The Tipi project will represent a great improvement that will add an additional space to carry out dance, psychomotor, emotional development or music activities in a cozy environment. The tipi, with its wooden posts and the canvas that surrounds it, creates a calm and cozy environment closed and open at the same time, connected with the outside, with the light and sounds of the forest.
We need to install a large teepee with a base of 9 square meters with the capacity for groups of 10 children to move freely in the space.
The main structure will be installed on a wooden platform, a comfortable, practical and warm floor, which will guarantee the durability of the teepee. The platform will also be an effective thermal insulator that prevents humidity in the space.
The tipi will be built by professionals in the construction of wooden structures and natural materials, and will comply with all the necessary safety regulations.

El Petit Eden is a project that this year celebrates its 10th anniversary. We work from the experience of the game and the experience of activities to achieve significant learning.
We understand that accompanying the children means being available, knowing how to wait, giving enough time without anticipating. So it is essential to always be present with the sensitivity to discern what is best for each child and their understanding.
L@s companions create spaces and let the children explore the elements themselves and create relationships among the group, remaining at their disposal for whatever they need. We understand that in this way the expression is authentic, free and spontaneous and responds to their real needs in their life processes. The companions have in common the interest in inquiring about their own conditioning, that of evolving.
It is also a multicultural space, so we see it as important to be able to care for the children in their mother tongue (Catalan, Spanish, English and French).
