El viernes, 11 días antes de terminar el plazo, "¿Quién cobra la obra?" logró alcanzar la financiación mínima requerida para poder ser una realidad. Gracias a las contribuciones de 230 co-financiadores, y a la ayuda indispensable de cientos de personas que nos han dado voz en las redes sociales, vamos a poder empezar a investigar a los grandes contratistas de obra pública en España.
Haber alcanzado este hito significa que en unos meses vamos a poder empezar a extraer información de fuentes públicas sobre los grandes contratistas de obra civil, estructurarla, liberarla en forma de base de datos e investigarla.
¿Y ahora qué? ¿Por qué vamos a por la financiación óptima?
Alcanzado este hito, contamos con 5 semanas más de campaña para acercarnos al nivel óptimo presupuestado para el 100% del proyecto, que son 11.850€.
Necesitamos seguir recabando apoyos porque queremos culminar el mejor proyecto posible: perseguimos más recursos para poder desarrollar una API que facilite a cualquiera el acceso a los datos, para elaborar una serie de manuales formativos que expliquen claramente cómo funciona la contratación pública y para contar con más medios que destinaremos a las investigaciones periodísticas y la visualización de datos. Creemos que esta iniciativa lo requiere.
