Our Shared Scenario · Last events and thoughts of this year
Link to another video of Our Shared Scenario with images taken during the final show of resident projects
Some days ago ended our artistic residency in MediaEstruch. That is not meaning that our relationship with them has come to an end too. On the contrary, we are all so satisfied with that has been going on this last autumn and first middle of winter, that in the beginning of the next year 2015 we are following with our collaboration.
During this last season we have been taking part of many public shows and testing sessions, those with the collaboration of the school Joan Montllor of Sabadell.
One presentation in MediaEstruch, one first test with students of the Joan Montllor, one exhibition at the LinkaFesta of this year and another one in the Hack and Art Day event, two weeks ago. We sum another last show of projects in residency last week and one last testing session with students this day 15th.
These have been a big number of opportunities for a real experience of the state of the project that have allowed us to get a great and necessary feedback in the different moments of evolution.
During these last two events of the last week, on 12th and15th of december, we had the opportunity of showing a double installation.
Each one of the rooms of Our Shared Scenario were connected via internet and inside them, up to two different actors per room could enter on scene and interact with the actors that were on the other room.
On this occasion we used two different rooms of the same building, for better controlling the situation, but the reality is that in these moments we can enjoy of a virtual stage as a channel for linking two different places of the world, each one with internet connection.
The different actors on scene had the opportunity of passing virtual objects hand-to-hand, what offered to us a great possibility of interaction. We got closer to where we wanted: the actors feel the presences of the other actors on stage, and wanted to play with them.
In addition to that, the implementation of an audio bond between the different rooms allowed us to establish a better link between both groups. Students of the Joan Montllor used it for performance purposes. A narrator talked to both rooms, and a common performance was possible.
All, the history and the characters, the beautiful graphic representations of backgrounds and characters, and the final performance that we were glad to enjoy, were done during the 4 hours that we spent together. These were hours of great intensity, where we got to channel that big energy of theirs into creative impulses. They remained with a great morning full of amazing experiences and we remained with some of that great effervescence and very good ideas for heading the entrance to this following stage of evolution of the project Our Shared Scenario.
We follow with great expectations and energies and we leave you with a pair of videos for you to get audiovisual input already.
A lot of thanks to Ada Cruz for his great and wonderful help with the sociocultural part of the project. For make things easier with her efforts, knowledges and empathy.
A big hug on behalf of the Our Shared Scenario team.

After the setting up of the platform we will put it into function, preferably with those that have helped us. We will like to work with someone train
On the both sides of the established communication (ex: Barcelona-Medellín) it will be necessary to get quality video and photographic documentation.
