    FoldaRap P2P Edition

The most interesting reward of this campaign, also probably the quickest way to have your kit!

All you need to build the lastest version of the FoldaRap, excepted the printed parts.
Find a local reprapper to add them to your kit !

(hint : with probably more than 40 000 machines in the wild, there must be one near you, or we can still have them printed separately)

The (locally made) barrel works !

Things are still very busy here, the annual Science Faire is coming (for which our hackerspace will show many projects, including a giant RepRap that I'm in charge of!), it's also the 20th anniversary of the ENSGSI-school (I was asked to make tons of goodies in the FabLab), and next week I'm going to the MakerFaireRoma !!

Anyway, the good news is that the field test of the last week was a success ^^

I could print yet another open-hardware logo to check that everything was fine and then start a 5 hours print of a moineau-pump-soap-dispenser (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16775). It went well, 0.3mm nozzles gives very nice results :)

Consequently I announced my results to the rest of the team during our weekly sunday meeting, and we are ordering 100 more straight barrels (the one without ptfe if you followed the topic) !

That leave me with 10 potential hotends that I'm assembling right now, in order to replace the faulty one-piece-nozzles that went on some previous machines, and to prepare the first kits or workshops.

In the meantime we keep receiving printed parts from the community, and are progressing on our mini factory. Last sunday it was about cleaning the last room in which all the stuff is stored, and where the kits will be packaged :)
