    Kit "Ecotour Premium"

    Live a rural experience among the carob trees! Weekend at the Econau, with overnight accommodation and full board, for two people. Arrive on Saturday morning and stay until Sunday. Discover the Econau and its surroundings and the Ecotros estate. You will
    accompany us in tasks such as carob or olive collection (depending on the season), carob products processing and elaboration with the *Garrofina.

    Kit "Meet L'Ametlla de Mar"

    Activity designed for companies who want to share new experiences with their workers outside the usual work environment. We propose to spend a different morning with the oceanographers from the Plancton Diving company. We will begin the activity with an explanation of the flora and fauna that we easily find on the seafloor in L'Ametlla de Mar.
    Then we will equip ourselves and dive into the water with a guide who will show us everything explained to us before. Upon getting out of the water, we will have an EcoNau products tasting: olive oil, nuts, creams and carob syrup...

    It includes: surface diving equipment (goggles, tube and wet suit)

    Maximum of 10 people per group/day.

    To enjoy in autumn 2023 or spring 2024.

    Kit "Find the Lost Carob"

    Activity designed for companies who want to share new experiences with their workers outside the usual work environment. We propose to you to come and get to know the EcoNau and the Barranc de Santes Creus.

    We will start the day with a treasure hunt for groups inside the EcoTour track. While searching for the Lost Carob, you will know the environmental and cultural values that surround EcoNau.

    Afterwards, we will have the Carob Chef, a special workshop on carob cuisine. We will cook a few dishes divided into groups, led by our Chef Montse from Garrofina, and we will finally evaluate which group has cooked the best dishes. We will eat them at ease around a
    large table under the shade of a carob tree, accompanied by a delicious natural wine.

    Maximum of 20 people per group/day.

Onades fresques de novetats ens submergeixen aquest estiu a l'Econau!!

El 15 de juny hem començat l'estiu amb l'assemblea general de l'associació i celebrant per l'èxit de la primera ronda del crowdfunding. Estem profundament agraïts i agraïdes del vostre reconeixement i aposta al projecte, això ens dona nova força i determinació per a continuar endavant! GRÀCIES, GRÀCIES I GRÀCIES!

Tot i que el crowdfunding no s'ha acabat, a l'Econau ja ens hem posat en marxa per a la reparació de la processadora. El FERRAN, el MARC, la SILVIA i el RAÜL estan treballant intensament per a fer-la tornar a la vida amb tot el seu potencial, més lluent que mai. KERATIA és el seu nom, amb ella podrem trossejar la baina de la garrofa en diverses mides, el primer pas cap a la transformació del producte en melasses o farines. Al final del correu us deixem el vídeo que hem fet per a conèixer aquest procés de més a prop, un procés que ens dignifica com pagesos i pageses, artesans, enginyers, fusters... treballadors i treballadores en terres catalanes, que volen amb la seva feina revalorar el territori, la terra i les relacions de comunitat.

Aquest procés no seria possible sense vosaltres que heu apostat per aquest projecte que és de tothom qui creu de veritat que el món es canvia amb gestes petites, accions conjuntes, la UNIÓ dels talents, les idees, l'esforç de cadascú.

La segona ronda del crowdfunding s'acabarà aviat. Fins al 10 d'agost tenim temps encara per a donar i fer conèixer EMPODEREM LA GARROFA als nostres amics i amigues, veïns i veïnes... més ens apropem a l'òptim, més aviat tindrem la NAU COMPLETA amb EL MOLÍ i l'OBRADOR llestos per a ser utilitzat per tothom els socis i les sòcies.

Al final del crowdfunding començarem a enviar les recompenses a qui va escollir-les, i ens posarem en contacte amb qui va apostar per una experiència directa a l'Econau i l'Ametlla de Mar.

Finalment, contar-vos també que la Montse i la Sara, dues de les nostres sòcies, aquest estiu van fer un curs d'Educadores d'Escola Bosc de la mà de l'associació Temps de Bosc, on van aprendre moltes tècniques i idees noves per apropar els infants, els joves i les famílies a la Natura i gaudir de tots els seus beneficis.

Aquest any 2023 continuem surfejant onades bones i dolentes, perquè els somnis sempre impliquen coratge. Avui ens acomiadem de vosaltres amb una frase de la gran surfista Bethany Hamilton: "Coratge no significa que no tinguis por, coratge significa que no permets que la por et detingui". Així som a l'Econau, somniadores imparables!!
