Leveling the Playing Field
Urban transformation is often an asymmetric negotiation. Developers and institutions have technical teams; citizens usually only have their spare time.
The Commitment: We are providing professional-grade technical tools to grassroots communities. By formalizing these methodologies, we empower neighborhood associations to present proposals that speak the same technical language as the administration, moving from "protest" to "viable proposal."
Democratizing Artificial Intelligence
AI is often seen as a tool for big corporations or a threat to employment. We want to reclaim it for civic use.
The Commitment: If we reach our stretch goal to build the Civic Design Copilot, we commit to transparency regarding the data and prompts used to train it. We are not building a "black box"; we are building a "glass box." Our goal is to give under-resourced communities access to a "digital consultant" that would otherwise cost thousands of euros.
Sustainable Production
